Murdah Bongz leaves fans seriously worried after emotional breakdown & bloody nose video
Murdah Bongz, real name Bongani Mohosana, has left many South Africans worried after sharing a troubling video over the weekend.

The popular music producer, known for his creative work and as DJ Zinhle’s husband, posted a now-deleted Instagram story showing himself with a bloody nose while in Cape Town.
The video, reportedly posted around 4:30 a.m. on Sunday, 1 June, showed Murdah at Cape Town International Airport, visibly distressed.
Alongside the clip, the artist made a cryptic statement that alarmed many: “I’m somewhere between giving up or seeing how much more I can go. Music industry.”

Though the post was later deleted, it quickly made the rounds on social media and was reshared by celebrity blog Maphepha Ndaba
In addition to the video, Murdah posted a series of throwback photos and videos with fellow musicians, hinting at a deep sense of reflection or emotional turmoil.

Fans and followers took to social media to express their concern.
One user, @PrettyG_012, shared: “As long as he doesn’t unalive himself. Akhonto ingadluliyo ebomini (he can get through anything), big or small. No situation is permanent.”
Another, @IndiphileUnathiTshembele, offered a heartfelt message: “May God grace him with all the strength and love he needs hle.”
Some comments pointed to confusion about his emotional state.
“He looks sad but his teeth make him look like he’s smiling, it’s so confusing. I hope he’s okay,” said @Andisatyolo.
Others added light-hearted takes, with one saying: “I think he spun too much… those dance moves can be dangerous.”
