South African reality TV star Nozipho Ntshangase has joined the growing list of local celebrities who’ve opted for cosmetic surgery in their pursuit of physical transformation.

The Mommy Club personality revealed that she recently underwent a “mommy makeover” — a term often used to describe a combination of procedures aimed at restoring the body after childbirth.

In a candid video posted online, Nozipho explained that the surgery was part of her ongoing self-love journey.

“After having my last three children and going through a lot, I struggled with loving myself. My confidence went down the drain,” she admitted.

Despite trying to get back into shape through exercise, Nozipho said the changes she experienced after five pregnancies left her feeling insecure.

“I gained weight, didn’t work out as often as I wanted, and just couldn’t shake the insecurities,” she shared. “So I decided to take the plunge and do something I’ve always wanted — to work on myself inside and out.”

Though she didn’t disclose the exact procedure, Nozipho assured fans that she chose a highly skilled surgeon and had done extensive research.

On Tuesday, she updated her followers: “Everything went well. Thank you, God, for covering me today. Road to recovery now.”

She also thanked fans for their prayers and support, expressing excitement about the next phase of her self-improvement journey.
