What You’ll Do 
Here are the key tasks you will handle during your workdays:
- Maintain a positive and secure store environment to minimise losses, adhering to security and handling protocols
- Operate the cash register in line with company policies and ensure the store remains organised
- Enhance store efficiency and cost-effectiveness while collaborating with an enthusiastic team of Dynamos
- Engage customers with a smile, recommend complementary products, and ensure their satisfaction
- Address customer inquiries or concerns and inform them about promotions and exciting offers
- Master product knowledge, showcase items confidently, and assist customers in finding what they need
- Greet customers warmly and offer assistance upon their arrival
- Achieve sales targets and stay updated on new products and trends
- Assist with stock ordering and create visually appealing store displays
- Receive, organise, and manage incoming deliveries
- Ensure customers leave satisfied and process payments accurately via the cash register
- Keep informed about product updates and features
Requirements 
These are the qualifications and attributes needed to be considered for this role:
- Matric certificate
- Experience: Cashier, Customer Service, Sales, General Worker, General Assistant, Store Assistant, Store Associate, Retail
- Reside within 15km of the job location
- Clear criminal record
Preferences 
Meeting these preferences is advantageous, though not mandatory for consideration:
- South African citizenship
- Proficiency in English
- Computer literacy
