New findings point to an alleged planned murder. The couple went missing in February 2025.
Recently, police have called on two more suspects, Thato David Madisha (24) and Sello “Skhalo” Uoane, to hand themselves over to their nearest police station.
According to University of Joburg (UJ) Research Associate and top crime expert Calvin Rafadi, the breakthrough came after one of the five suspects confessed. This led to the discovery of two skeletal remains in a bush in Rust de Winter, Limpopo, on Thursday, 8 M
“We have not yet found the murder weapon and believe the wanted suspects could be in possession of it. They are drug addicts and heartless, I’ve seen they sleep on dirty beds,” said Rafadi.
He explained that the suspects took the couple from their house to allegedly allow the family driver to search for money he had given them.
“After I was introduced to this case by the media in order to assist in the tracing of the couple, I decided to give back my expertise as Ndlovu was a UJ alumni,” he said.
Treasure Mdhluli, the son of Zodwa Mdluli, expressed his family’s suspicion regarding Samuel Magowe’s involvement in the disappearance.
“I’ve known him for almost my life; he could transport us everywhere as a family. The strange signs I saw were the claims of buying the car from my parents after he was found in possession of the original papers of the car and my parents’ identity documents, unaware that I was communicating with my parents about the car, how much it was bought, how and when,” he said.

Rafadi has warned the public to be careful.
“The two wanted suspects are a danger to the community and advised the public not to approach them but inform the police immediately as they could be heavily armed.
“Magowe, who is in custody, will appear in the Kwa-Mhlanga Magistrates Court on Monday, 12 May, alongside his co-accused Lucky Sikhosana.
