WATCH: Inside Cassper Nyovest and Bontle Modiselle NBA all star weekend in America

South African stars musician Cassper Nyovest, dancer/ choreographer Bontle Modiselle and illustrator, graphic designer Karabo Poppy enjoyed their time at the All Star basketball weekend held in Salt Lake City, in the United states of America.

According to CBS Sports, the All Star games marked their 30th year since they started in Salt Lake City in 1993.

Sharing their time in the US, were local celebrities who shared their experience of the games and moments where they were rubbing shoulders with American celebrities.

The choreographer, Bontle Modiselle shared on her Instagram that “it’s an African Invasion in Salt Lake City, Utah for the NBA All Star Weekend.”

Cassper Nyovest, also gave us a glimpse of their time in Salt lake City and shared a video of them dancing with the caption “when Africans meet in America for #AllStarWeekend.”

According to a video shared by Nyovest, there were other African celebrities who were invited at the All Star Weekend to perform, Burna Boy, Rhema and Tems. On the video it shows the crowd going crazy for Burna Boy’s performance.

Although the fans of the stars loved the content they were seeing from the celebrity timelines, they also questioned the timing of the trip while Mzansi was mourning rapper Kiernan “AKA” Forbes.

The Mama I made it hitmaker took to social media prior to his trip to share with his fans that he won’t be able to make it to the memorial or funeral because of “business trip.”
