Khama Billiat allegedly presented a ‘hard to resist’ offer on salary and signing-on fee at one of the richest clubs in Zimbabwe.
Pindula News revealed Zimbabwean midfielder Khama Billiat’s reported signing-on fee and salary as offered by Manica Diamonds.
Khama Billiat was clubless since he left Kaizer Chiefs months ago. Many rumours came out when he did not attend training, and some fans believed he was done.
He came close to joining SuperSport United, but the deal collapsed despite some former players like Willard Katsande wishing him well. After the collapse of this deal, rumours came out that Billiat was about to sign an agreement with Dynamos, but it did not materialise.
Fresh rumours are that the talented midfielder has an offer from Manica Diamonds. A source connected to Pindula News claimed that the offer from Manica is challenging to deny.

Pindula News claimed that the 33-year-old star would get $20,000 (R380,000) and a monthly salary of $4,000 (R78,000). Asked about the rumour by The Standard, Manica Diamonds coach Jairos Tapera could not accept or deny it.
“I can’t confirm that… there are a lot of reports just flying all over the place. I can’t say if they are true.” he started.
“Maybe because we have become a huge brand on the local scene, people are beginning to link us with the big boys.” he continued. “As I said, I can’t confirm or deny if he is coming. But if an opportunity to work with him arises, I would love that,” he said.
“Which coach would refuse to work with such a player? Every coach’s dream is to work with such a big brand.” he finished.

KHAMA’S CAREER
As he is set to join Manica Diamonds, Khama Billiat had a long professional career that started back in 2010. The talented star joined CAPS United in 2010 after graduating from Aces Academy.
He only played five games before he signed for Ajax Cape Town that same year.
He showed his class at Ajax, scoring 24 goals in 83 appearances before he moved to Mamelodi Sundowns. At Sundowns, Khama was one of the most talented players in the league, and he attracted a move to Kaizer Chiefs.
At Chiefs, Khama was one of the most-paid players in South Africa until he left in 2023.
